Filtered annotations not showing up on index page

Tanya and I are both using Chrome. On this page: https://avannotate.github.io/radio-venceremos/tags/detail/tema/masacre_de_junquillo/ when she hits "Play" next to files that have annotations, she sees a player below but not the filtered annotations. I am seeing both the player and the filtered annotations. We need to reproduce this issue so that we can debug.
