Existing satellite constellations have to be entered manually in basilisk. Two Line Element (TLE) files contain all the (minimal) information to set up a satellite in Basilisk. This capability should be added.

Additional context
In order to do GNSS-Reflectometry simulations, it is necessary to load existing GNSS satellite constellations.
Instead of implementing such a constellation manually in "MultiSatBsk" it should be possible to load existing constellations using a Two Line Element file (TLE).
