[PE-D][Tester B] Area field in the client & housekeepers

Regarding areas field in clients / housekeepers, I think it might be necessary to consider a case where the user is not Singaporean / international user. As an international user, I was a bit confused where area field input is only confined to ‘east’, ‘southeast’, ‘south’, ‘southwest’, ‘west’, ‘northwest’, ‘north’, or ‘northeast’ since in my country, not many people describes the area we live in the above criteria. If this app is intended for Singaporean local users, then I think it needs to be elaborated in the document more specifically since I was a bit confused when I looked at the area field. I believe target user could be a bit more specific, which I think it falls under documentation bug.
