We have a way to do this via Contacts -> Add New Contacts -> Add Volunteers, but that doesn't have any validation. We need to think of a better workflow for handling it.

I suggest to expose it via URL <place>/volunteers/import.

Related to #78.

Pls shift the Add volunteers to the volunteer menu instead of the contacts.
