I suggest the implementation of any speed in increments of 1%
To do this, you need to add the ability to how many millisecons to constantly turn on the engine.
In a short time 1-100ms it will not have time to accelerate.
Therefore, there will be a speed determined by the time duration.

My EXE file won't open in windows 10. All other exe files are opening.

What I do is open CMD as Admin.

And go through this process.

C:\Windows\system32>cd /
C:>cd Users/Shery/Desktop

C:\Users\Shery\Desktop>DellFanCmd.exe
DellFanCmd 1.0.1
