Hello I tried to open the program on windows10 64 bit, but it does not start.

Just found your thread and working trough the needed things...will keep it updated here.

Moin. Bin auch grad mit diesem thema beschäftigt...öffne die eingabeauforderung als admin. Dann gehst du auf die datei mit der rechten maustaste, und wählst ALS PFAD Kopieren und kopierst diesen in das fenster der Eingabeaufforderung. Mit ENTER bestätigen.

Moin. I'm also currently busy with this topic too... : open the cmd terminal as admin. Then right-click on the file and select Copy AS PATH and copy it to the Command Prompt window. Confirm with ENTER.
