What is the goal of the regional review?
How/when should it happen?
Who should attend it?

There are many goals of the regional review:

• To help building up the relationships among labs of a certain region
• To check the progress of the students and guide them towards a successful learning path
• To identify conflicts within labs or students and address them before it's too late
• To measure the attendance and commitment of funded students

They are arranged between the labs and the "poohbah/supernode", they don't need to happen at a specific time (really, at this point I am fully confused about the terms)

All students with a scholarship MUST attend the regional review. For the rest it is highly recommended since they can share problems, doubts and successes with the other labs.
