regenerate PyLode documentation; eliminate wrong conformance_report

• first do upgrade PyLODE (lowercased anchors) #104
• then maybe also do add TOC on the right #109

It is urgent to regenerate the documentation as it has this problem:

• https://ci.mines-stetienne.fr/aec3po/ points to an obsolete module https://ci.mines-stetienne.fr/aec3po/conformance_report
• The correct module is https://ci.mines-stetienne.fr/aec3po/compliance_verification_report
• The wrong one shows the URL of the right one, and shows a wrong self-import
• Both are accessible, leading to further confusion. So before regeneration, delete all HTMLs
• (The main module diagram https://ci.mines-stetienne.fr/aec3po/#modules shows the right one)
• The link ComplianceVerificationReport in main is to the wrong one
