S3 organization

Rawdata is organized well.

Sent a slack to Yuncongs about organizing data. Making a backup copy and then removing all inessential files.

Glacier

1. Change Lifecycle on mousebrainatlas-rawdata and other buckets to keep data on S3 unless unused for 2 weeks.
