This isn't a bug, the first message contains all items they've spawned with that you banned, the next messages are the custom messages you've written.

You can edit those custom messages, and many can be shown if they spawn with multiple things you've banned, like this:

[spawn] delprofile please remove [QBS 09, M67] from your loadout.
(1/2) Please remove QBS 09 from your loadout
(2/2) Please remove M67 from your loadout

If you want removing that first message as an optional feature I can look into it.
