Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1.Hard restart chromebook
2. Open side extension of adGuard
3.

Expected Behavior

Supposed to block ads fully, enable to block ads, also to allow to pause and blocking etc.

Actual Behavior

No ads blocked, when checking the extension cant pause, doesn't show ads, and doesn't do anything. It used to work before I factory reset my Chromebook.

just removed and added the extension again and back to normal.
