When importing settings by shared URL, DNS servers add to Recommended list, instead of Custom #5277

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Export settings with custom [private] DNS server
  2. Remove this DNS server from the list
  3. Import exported settings

Expected Behavior

A new server added to Custom DNS servers list.

Actual Behavior

A new server added to Recommended DNS providers list.
