Issue Details

System version is not sent to reports.adguard.com:

Proposed solution

system_version should be provided while incorrect blocking reporting:
https://github.com/AdguardTeam/ReportsWebApp/blob/master/README.md#pre-filling-the-app-with-query-parameters
