ACS Commons Dispatcher flush rules not working for json file flush

Expected Behavior

Please describe briefly the expected behavior, i.e. when I do X, Y should happen.

Actual Behavior

We are using ACS commons dispatcher flush rules to flush a json file (/bin/). On replication of a page hierarchy, dispatcher Flush working fine for some other pages but not working to flush json file.
