AEMaaCS + ACS Commons 6.5.0 + core.wcm 2.25.4 | Editable templates with Marketo Form is blank in Stage Author but ok in Dev and QA Author

In Stage Author, editable templates with Marketo form component is blank and has exception related to com.adobe.acs.commons.marketo.MarketoClientConfigurationManager

This issue is not reproducible in the Dev or QA environments. AEM environment version in Stage Author is same as in Dev and QA environments. Stage Author has same codebase build, ACS commons and core.wcm components versions as in Dev and QA environments.
