ACS-Commons System Notification is not working in Environments

Expected Behavior

I have created a Notification page under ACS-Commons/System Notification. I have configured the content in page and saved. But still am not getting the Notification Popup.

I followed the below document.

Actual Behavior

Notifications are working when we upload the “acs-aem-commons“ through package manager in local. But the expected behavior is to get it deployed through code deployment( as we cant upload in the environments).

when “acs-aem-commons“ are deployed through code deployment, notifications are not working.
