Fiddle is not running on plain 6.4 #217

I am trying to run the vanilla hello world Java script in fiddle with no success. Please see image attached. The output is:

Resource resolver is already closed.
Cannot serve request to /etc/acs-tools/aem-fiddle/_jcr_content.run.html on this server

ApacheSling/2.6 (jetty/9.3.22.v20171030, Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM 1.8.0_101, Linux 3.10.0-327.el7.x86_64 amd64)

I am running AEM 6.4.0. with ACS Tools 1.0.2
