item sorting order umlaut issue (german locale)

Describe the bug
when doing an import, the website puts umlaut letters after z in the sorting order, while the game treats them as being the same letter without umlaut.

Expected behavior
identical sorting order as ingame

so for the sorting order, Nintendo goes with a for ä, u for ü, o for ö and ss for ß

it's a minor issue, but can involve quite some scrolling when importing a large list by text...
