De-tar/decompress uploaded archive files

Please describe your request. Is your feature request related to a problem?
It would be nice to be able to upload .tar/.tar.gz files and have them automatically de-tared/decompressed to make it easier to upload source files. Currently users need to un-archive files on their system before uploading them

Uploaded tar/compressed archives are automatically extracted

Notes
The size of uploads and un-archived files needs to be limited so that the system doesn't run out of disk space
