Merging agile-resin and agile-scripts functionality #2

At the moment we have two repo's to bootstrap agile:

agile-scripts: supporting docker-compose based startup on the local machine (Raspbian on RPi, Ubuntu on x86_64, etc.)
agile-resin: focusing on AGILE startup on resinOS and on AGILE component development

Since both are based on docker-compose based description of the components, it would make sense to unite these two. Thoughts?
