Env variables for database.yml?

Given this PR comment maybe we should make the change to not use environmental variables in database.yml for db username and password?

we have environmental variables set up in database.yml

@gr1d99 @riccardo-giomi I think my enviroment actually has a problem if the database user and password are not set in the database.yml. Maybe we still need them?

@aonomike i remember you had that problem and I think it’s local. You have to make changes on your database config. We can check it together if you want. Just ping me.
