When adjusting Hex Width and Hex Height, icons are not automatically resized.

When I adjusted Hex Width from 45 to 90 and Hex Height from 50 to 100, the icons that I had placed when they were 45 and 50 respectively were not resized to match the new hex dimensions. I think they should automatically resize upon dimension change.
