Additional context
able to view RTSP in VLC (codec is h264 )
able to telnet to camera port 554 using busybox (busybox in the same docker network as ovenmediaengine)
tried stream1 and stream2 (both working in VLC but not ovenmediaengine)

From the logs, it looks like the camera is not responding to DESCRIBE requests. Please send the RTSP camera address to [email protected] for a more accurate analysis.
