[Feature] Add index mappings fields stats

Hey, it would be great if the plugin could gather information about some mapping settings for indices. (e.g. how many fields are in an index, what the field limit is, etc.)

So that you can do a table on it like so:

Would help keeping track of indices that get a bit out of hand.
