For some unstable packages (like drupal/gin), Renovate bumps and sets a fixed version and thus the package is never updated.

Packages :

drupal/gin
drupal/tb_megamenu
drupal/sitemap
drupal/feeds
drupal/viewfield
drupal/inline_entity_form
