Minimal portable config

What's the minimal config that can be easily applied + used in guest mode on someone else's machine / in a temporary container for example?

Obviously can't depend on additional tooling being installed / available.

Should still provide benefits above the default environment, beyond the cosmetic…

• prompt (simplified version, probably can't use Starship…)
• aliases (only the common / basic ones, nothing that relies on additional tooling being installed)
• basic config (git, npm)
• maybe some basic completion (can't rely on homebrew / bash-completion@2 being available for example)

That's probably about it…
