auro-form Ability to have "required" flag show the asterisk on required fields instead of showing "(optional)" on optional fields

UX would like the Enrollment form to have red asterisks next to required fields, instead of only showing "(optional)" text on the optional fields with no asterisk on required fields. We cannot do this without the auro-inputs and other form elements supporting this as an option

Should be the same as previous years before removing the asterisk

Manually adding an asterisk to the helper text, but it cannot be styled correctly

Additional context

This used to be the way required fields would be shown, however there was a UX decision to show (optional) on optional fields instead. Now UX is reconsidering, so both should be allowed via API.

Exit criteria

• Required fields in the form can have either red asterisks indicating they are required, or no asterisk with the optional fields showing (optional) in helper text
