Description

Create a UHF transceiver interfac that allows the OBC to send and receive data either over UART or via a TCP socket server.

Deliverables

  • Handler can listen to coms transceiver (for now just over TCP sock stream)
  • Listen for IPC messages from other OBC FSW components (incoming messages)
  • Setup skeleton for handling incoming msg decryption
  • Setup skeleton for bulk message handling
