Then I tried:

I still get the original errors with:

Then ran:
$composer global require consolidation/cgr
$cgr composer global require "alecaddd/awps-cli"

Then the awps-cli seems to be installed!

But I got this message:

Then fixed it with:

*So I did the non-automated version intall without cli and I was able to get the theme up and runing
