Save feature sometimes doesn't work

I clicked "save", then Chrome randomly killed tabs, then killed RLS instead of saving the search like it was supposed to. To reproduce, search with these parameters:

I can't reproduce this on chromium. Did you click save immediately after setting the world, or after searching for a while?

Still cannot reproduce it. Would the reason be that the generated save file is too large?

Could you try searching for a 16x1000 still life in B3/S23, and save it when the first result is found? The generated save file would be larger than 1M.
