[Bug]: Glitchy Dragon Breath

What happened?

There is a dragon that was shooting it's breath backwards, it was also standing in place hovering (it flew away normally a bit later).

Other Information

• I am using other mods besides Ice and Fire
• I have attached a log file from the session that I have experienced this issue
