Crashing in Nether

I have a server with my friends, 4/5 of us have our fps drop dramatically in certain parts of the nether (all the way down to 1). I tried fixing it on my own, but I have no idea what I'm doing, I think it's working only for it to drop back down to 0-1 fps. Every time it does get to zero I get booted out of the server and it resets. This is the crash report it gives, and it points to Ice and Fire being a problem??? I don't think it is but I have nowhere else to go and at the very least I want to be 100% sure it isn't this mod causing my issues.
