Ethereal Rats set to transport items will not phase through blocks

When setting an Ethereal Rat to transport items, the rat will not phase through blocks to access a container it is set to pull item from or push items into. It will pathfind to the closest block to the container like it doesn't have the upgrade at all.

I expected the rat to phase through whatever blocks necessary to get to the container.
