Signature key is expired

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. gpg --verify cryptophane-0.7.0.exe.sig 

What is the expected output? 
Don't expect to see the expired key mssage.

What do you see instead?
NOTE: signature key 3B70F95B expired 11/15/07 00:00:03

What version of the product are you using? 
Cryptophane 0.7.0 GnuPg 1.4.10b

On what operating system?
Windows XPSP3

Please provide any additional information below.
Contacted Roger Nesbitt, says he's no longer associated with Windows 
development or Cryptophane, so perhaps a new key could be associated with the 
current version?
