Windows 7 64-bit window resize issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. File>Message
2. Click OK
3. Click Process

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The window should show both "OK" and "Save to File" connected to the window 
border.  When I resize the window I see the "Save to File" button floating in 
the text box area.  Also, the "OK" button is not well aligned.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.7.0.42.  Windows 7 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.
