[Feature Request] Backup/Import all settings

I would hugely appreciate the ability to Backup all settings to a file, as well as importing -
I have had to re-make my entire layout a few times now and I don't enjoy doing it haha

Anyway, thank you sincerely for your hard work on this FANTASTIC program. It's so great I cannot live without it ! And please consider making a KoFi (or alternative) account, I would gladly donate to you and the project.

All settings are located in file c:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Roaming\SmartContextMenu\1.4.3\SmartContextMenu.xml. If you want to use SmartContextMenu as a portable app, then copy the file to the directory with SmartContextMenu.exe

Okay, that does work and that's good to know, but I think it should be incorporated into the UI. There should really be another ("Config") menu tab with the "about" info, options for "Launch on startup", and backup/reset/import buttons.
