Resize Menu Doesn't Seem To Work Correctly

I encountered difficulties with your software today. I've been using it to size the windows of open/save dialog boxes and used a keyboard shortcut to quickly resize them when needed. I attempted to modify these dimensions today, but I encountered some problems. Despite inputting new size parameters, the resulting window size did not match expectations. Looking closer, I found that the open/save dialog box window's actual size would be different from that I inputted.

Additionally, when I attempted to directly use the custom size dialog box to input dimensions, the numbers I entered were altered by the tool. Each time I entered the dimensions, and then tried an open/save dialog box, the window size would be wrong and I would open the custom size dialog box and the numbers had changed.

I made sure to exit and restart the software whenever prompted by the tool, so this is not the root of the problem. Could there be another user error on my part, or is this truly a software issue?
