For components:
rtx 2060 super
ryzen 5 4600g

By libraries:
cuda_11.4.0_471.11_win10
cudnn-11.3-windows-x64-v8.2.1.32
opencv-4.9.0
opencv_contrib-4.9.0
cmake-3.29.3
visual studio are present in both 2022 and 2019

I haven't looked at your issues, but the first step would probably use the new Darknet/YOLO repo: https://github.com/hank-ai/darknet#table-of-contents
