TextBoxLabel is not showing in SingleTextFieldForm

Currently I'm using Aikau 1.0.102 version and wanted to use SingleTextFieldForm, as mentioned below code snippet.

model.jsonModel = {
    services: [
        {
            name: "alfresco/services/LoggingService",
            config: {
                loggingPreferences: {
                    enabled: true,
                    all: true
                }
            }
        } 
    ]
};

var simpleForm = {
    name: "alfresco/forms/SingleTextFieldForm",
    config: {
        textBoxLabel:"Student Name",
        showCancelButton:true,
        textFieldName:"studentName"
    }
};

model.jsonModel.widgets = [];
model.jsonModel.widgets.push(simpleForm);

I intended to display the textbox label, but no luck, no textbox label and no errors in the console also.
