It will create folders itself, so no specific structure expected. How much time did you wait for the results?

I didn't have enough resources to download and process vox-celeb2.

Thanks for your comment, how about version 1? Generally, how long time will it take? And also, should I only put the vox-png as the input of first-order-model or use bbox at the same time? I didn't find the input port of bbox in first-order-model.

Only vox-png. Some 2 weeks on 4 gpu. If you just need a dataset use load_videos.py script.

Thanks a lot! I want to change the resolution of first-order-model to a large size. Should I run the crop_vox with the new size or only change the size in load_video.py?

Only change size. Also you may prefilter metadata to remove small bboxes.
