video点了播放就再也触发不了<视频底部控制栏>上的任意操作 #2459

视频开始或结束, 播放是可以触发的

但播放中的视频, 控制栏是怎么都触发不了的. 无法暂停, 拖动播放, 静音, 放大等任意操作
手机是小米或oppo一加, 出现如上问题
iphone 7s, IQOO则不会出现

一个骚操作是: 支付宝小程序开发者文档中的二维码进去, 小程序的"video"标签播放示例没问题,
但通过开发者工具进入小程序示例, 却会出现如上"视频底部控制栏"触发不了的问题!!!
通过切换不同版本库, 也解决不了问题
