Description of the feature / 需求描述

在平时使用的时候，如果打开过的文件或者文件夹，写入数据库，目前网盘风控比较厉害，这样子至少在使用过一些媒体文件后，不需要再通过进入目录去使用，可以使用搜索，即使网盘风控了，但索引的数据开始在的

Suggested solution / 实现思路

alist会向网盘请求文件和文件夹的信息，将获取到的信息，判断数据库是否存在，如果不存在，写入搜索的索引数据库，此操作可能会给系统资源增加负担，也可以增功能，设置定时对索引数据库进行去重
