When I try to talk or type to the character I get this error and I do not know what it means. I have no knowledge to fix this issue and I am hoping I can get some help because I have no clue what I did wrong.

Hi. I've been having the same problem as well. However, I've figured that it's the result of the old c.ai website being taken down, where the character tokens are being stored. Unfortunately, there's no fix for that, until the dev updates the program.
