What happened?

The Ruby and Saphire seeds in Mystical Ag show the wrong ruby/sapphire in their recipe.

JEI shows that you should use the gems from the AllTheOres mod

When using the gems from AllTheOres, the altar shows that it will create the expected seed, but using the wand on the altar does not activate it, nor does a redstone signal

Replacing the AllTheOres gems with the Gems from Irons Gems 'n Jewelry does not show any indication that the craft should trigger, however this craft will successfully trigger and give the intended seed if activated with the wand or redstone:

The resulting seeds seem to work as expected, with their essence successfully giving rubies/sapphires from the AllTheOres mod.
