Expected Behavior

That the LV, MV and HV transformers are craft-able/have a recipe

Current Behavior

No Recipe in NEI or making it following the wiki

Steps to Reproduce

Play ATM3 on simplified mode
Try to make LV, MV or HV transformers from Tech Reborn

Detailed Description

All Transformers from TR are uncraftable except the EV transformer
This makes all but the first solar array uncraftable.
