Add SilentGear Harvest Tier Translation Entries

The Silent Gear mod uses translatable components to display harvest tier on its tools, and recently (March 2024) updated how they handle harvest tier to allow higher than netherite tiers. This allows users to add Allthemodium tiers of tools if they wish via datapacks.

This works and the tools are able to harvest the correct blocks and etc. however the tooltip will look as such:

This is because there is no entry in the lang files for harvestTier.allthemodium.allthemodium I think this should be added for compatibility (similar to how tconstruct has harvest tier translation entries).

Additionally I think silentgear material translations should also be added, those follow the form: material.silentgear.[material]
