What happened?

For some reason when I put any material into the refined storage system it keeps compressing it into the the next tier of compression. This works with automatic insertion of materials as well. I dont know the reason behind it i tried removing parts of my automation to see what it is but couldnt figure it out. Important to mention that im on a server by apex hosting.
