Improving the readability of the documentation

Omelia here from Fab Lab Wgtn, We love using AYAB with our KH-910.
We have recently been exploring double bed jacquard and multi rib knitting techniques but have found the documentation a little challenging to read.

I have some spare time over the next few weeks and would love to contribute to improving it.
I've started making some changes at FabLabWgtn/ayab-manual specifically on the /how_to_knit/dbj_2-color pages.
Are pull requests welcome? Do you have any pointers or guidance.
