If an installation fails, rerunning install.sh and telling it to start over doesn't work. #4016

Re-running install.sh when the prior one failed should ask if you want to continue where it left off or start over.
Starting over does not work. The log file says:

Continuing installation.  Steps already performed will be skipped.     The last status was: No camera found
