[BUG] Don't allow index.php in Remote Website URL sent to Allsky Map

When checking for a valid Remote Website URL, a / is appended to the URL if it's not already there, since it's assumed the URL points to a directory, not a file.

If the user added index.php to the URL a / is appended and the validity check fails.
